A Knowledge Base for Your AI, Plus Hands-Off Commerce7 Automations

This release makes your AI both smarter and more hands-on. It can now answer with facts that never made it onto your website, and it acts directly inside Commerce7 — creating customers and crediting loyalty points on its own. Here's what's new.

Knowledge Base: teach your AI what isn't on your website

Your website is a storefront — built to turn visitors into bookings and buyers. It rarely holds the operational detail your team carries in their heads: which states you ship to, delivery windows, your reschedule policy, how long a tasting runs and how many pours it includes, wheelchair access across your tasting rooms, minimums and maximums for private events. Yet that's exactly what guests ask about — over chat, email, and the phone.

Knowledge Base closes that gap. From the dashboard, upload anything that holds those facts — PDFs, spreadsheets, plain text, even a voice memo you record and we transcribe. You don't need to polish the wording; the AI just needs the facts, and it answers in your winery's tone of voice. Name each file so it's easy to find and update when something changes. It's live now — load it yourself, or we'll help during onboarding.

New leads land in Commerce7 — with the full story

When the AI collects a guest's details — name, date of birth, phone, email, and their consent — for a request that needs follow-up (a private-event or wedding inquiry, someone weighing a club membership), it already routed that lead to your dashboard and RedChirp. Now it also creates the customer directly in Commerce7.

And it doesn't hand over a blank record. The integration passes the captured fields and consent along with a full summary of the conversation — whether it happened in chat or on the phone — so the Customer Notes explain who this is and why they were created. Your high-intent leads arrive in your CRM with context, ready for follow-up and marketing, instead of sitting in a separate tool waiting to be re-entered.

Birthday loyalty points, credited automatically

If your winery runs a loyalty program in Commerce7, this one pays for itself. Take a common case at Scott Harvey Wines: birthday emails offer guests a gift in the tasting room — or a batch of loyalty points if they can't make it in. Every week a handful of guests email to claim the points, and each one used to mean the same manual chore: open a ticket, find the guest in Commerce7, credit the points, write back. Ten to fifteen minutes, every time.

Now the agent handles it end to end. It reads the email, recognizes the intent, finds and validates the guest's Commerce7 account, confirms they're within the birthday window, credits the points, and logs it in Customer Notes and Transaction Notes — so tasting-room staff can see the gift was already given and never hand it out twice.

Then it emails the guest back in your tone of voice, confirming the points and including a short note on where those points can be used — so the guest knows exactly how to redeem them. The guest gets a resolution in under a minute; your team gets those 10–15 minutes back — across email, chat, and the phone..

Rate any AI answer — and make it better

Open any conversation in your dashboard — email, website chat, or voicemail — and you can now leave feedback on the AI's reply. A thumbs-up confirms a good answer; a thumbs-down opens a quick window where you pick what went wrong from a list and, if you like, write the reply you'd have preferred.

Every rating teaches the AI a little more, so it grows sharper with each conversation — tuned to your winery's voice and the way your guests actually ask.

The bottom line

Your AI now knows what your website never said, and acts inside the tools you already run on — creating customers with context and closing routine loyalty requests on its own. Fewer gaps, fewer manual chores, faster answers — and an assistant that gets sharper every time you rate a reply.
